In our experience, we find that your timber frame home is faster to build, and is proven to be more energy efficient with better air tightness, and is a more environmentally friendly approach to construction. In the building process it means we are less bound to delays from bad weather and can order glazing first, navigating one of the areas traditionally impacted by delays.

Block is more traditional and are still very relevant in certain types of buildings, however can experience delays due to bad weather, drying time and glazing.
